The Moldex 2445 provides Ozone & Welding Fume Poretection. The welding mask offers 10 x MAC protection against dusts harmful to health and carcinogenic dusts, smoke and also water and oil based aerosols.
The active carbon layer in the filter material offers relief from low levels of gases and vapours, often found in conjunction with particulate hazards giving extra protection against ozone up to 10 x MAC, e.g. welding fumes from all electric welding technologies such as MIG/ MAG, WIG and plasma as well as laser treatment technologies.
The clip on the strap allows you to hang the ffp2 dust mask around the neck during breaks, reducing the risk on contamination.
